郑州地区种鸡场鸡白血病的初步调查

摘　　要：调查结果表明，被调查的郑州地区８个父母代种鸡场，有５个（６２５％）为鸡白血病感染阳性场。在调查的８个品种种鸡中，检出的５个阳性品种均为进口，（艾维菌、ＡＡ、雅发、海兰、罗曼）种鸡。应用羽髓琼脂扩散试验（ＦＭＡＧＤＴ）和卵清琼脂扩散试验（ＥＡＡＧＤＴ）进行对比检测，结果证明，ＦＭＡＧＤＴ检出阳性率为７６％～２０％；而ＥＡＡＧＤＴ则为６３％～１６６％，前者检出的效果高于后者。笔者建议，在兽医部门监督下，使用ＦＭＡＧＤＴ对郑州地区种鸡场进行一次鸡白血病的检疫，淘汰阳性鸡群，以净化种鸡群。The　investigation　results　showed　that　5　out　of　8　investigated　breeder　poultry　farms　for　parent　stock　in　Zhengzhou　area　were　the　avian　leukosis　positive　farm,whch　accounted　for　625%,All　the　5　positive　varieties(Oiweyin　AA　Yafa　HyLine　Lohmann)from　8　breeder　chicken　varieties　were　inported　from　foreign　countries.The　Feather　Marrow　Agar　Gel　Diffussion　test(FMAGDT)and　the　Egg　Albumen　Agar　Gel　Diffussion.Test(EAAGDT)were　used　to　conduct　comparison　detection　and　the　results　showed　that　the　positive　rate　detected　with　FMAGDT　was　76%～20%,which　was　higher　than　that　(63%～166%)obtained　with　EAAGDT　We　suggested　using　FMAGDT　to　conduet　a　quarantine　for　avian　leukosis　on　all　breeder　chicken　farms　in　Zhengzhou　area　so　as　to　eliminate　the　positive　chicken　population　and　to　purify　the　breeder　chicken　population.
