毒菌净防治禽霍乱的研究

摘　　要：通过体外抑菌试验表明，毒菌净对巴氏杆菌有较强的抑菌作用。毒菌净防治禽霍乱效果显著，预防保护率为９８３３％，治愈率为９６６７％～９７６６％，优于四环素、乱菌净、喹乙醇等抗菌药物。The　results　of　invitro　test　showed　that　different　dilutions　of“Duqunjing”foimulated　by　the　Chinese　medicinal　berbs,had　different　degree　of　bacteriostatis　action　on　Pasteurella　multocida　(of　fowl　cholera　origin).Bacteriostatic　action　of　“Duqunjing”10×　and　20×　dilutions　better　than　that　of　tetracycline　100μg/02ml　Prevention　and　treatment　effects　of　“Duqunjing”on　fowl　cholera　were　remarkable　Protective　rate　of　preventing　in　natural　infection　was　9833%,and　cure　rate　of　treatment　in　artificial　infection　or　natural　infeetion　was　9667% 　and　9766%　respectively.For　treatiment　of　field　cases　of　lowl　cholera　the　curability　of　“Duqunjing”was　better　than　that　of　tetracycline,diaveridinum　or　olaquindox.
