摘  要:用Ta涂层的热解石墨管进行分析,用硝酸镍作为基体改进剂,可使灰化温度高达1300℃,消除基体和抗干扰能力强。方法的绝对灵敏度为11Pg、检出限(2σ)为2.57ng。实际样品的回收率为96.2%~102.2%。The study was carried out for detecting germanium in edible fungi(L. edodesand G. lucidum)by Zeamen graphite furnace atomic absorption spectruometry. Using PGTcoated with tantalum and nickel nitrate (as a matrix modifier), the ashing temperatrue ofgermanium raised to 1300℃,therefore the sensitivity was improved obviously. So it is a simple,fast and accurate method for Ge detection with satisfactory sensitivity and precision.
