摘 要:采用3龄浸叶法在1996~1997年对广东省不同的用药水平地区植株上美洲斑潜蝇种群对毒死蜱、功夫、杀虫单及害极灭敏感性进行了监测。结果表明:以英德九龙地区作物上美洲斑潜蝇种群对药剂毒死蜱、功夫、杀虫单及害极灭最敏感,而惠州福田地区植株上美洲斑潜蝇种群对上述药剂相对较耐药。2年来不同地区的美洲斑潜蝇种群对害极灭、毒死蜱、杀虫单、功夫的敏感性变化不大,1997年10月惠州福田地区种群对上述药剂的抗性指数分别为1.08、1.55、1.63和5。拟除虫菊酯类农药功夫在惠州福田地区处于低抗水平。The sensitivity levels of the vegetable leafminer, Liriomyza sativae Blanchard to the more effective insecticides Agrimec, Chlorpyrifos, Mehyop and Cyhalothrin were monitored by foliar residue bioassay to 3rd instar larvae in different places where used insecticides in different levels in Guangdong Province in 1996 and 1997. It was found that L. sativae Blanchard in monitoring point Yingde was more sensitive and L. sativae Blanchard in monitoring point Huizhoufutian was more resistant to insecticides Agrimec, Chlorgyrifos, Mehypo and Cyhalothrin. The susceptibility of L. saitvae Blanchard to Agrimec, Chlorpyrifos and Mehypo had little variation in different monitoring points among years. The resistance index of L. sativae Blanchard to Agrimec, Chlorpyrifos, Mehypo and Cyhalothrin were 1.08, 1.55, 1.63 and 5 respectively in Huizhoufutian monitoring piont in Oct. , 1997. It means L. sativae Blanchard in Huizhoufutian monitoring point was lower resistant level to Cyhalothrin.
