摘  要:采用土培方法,研究了2个甘蓝型油菜硼低效品种和4个甘蓝型油菜硼高效品种对缺硼反应的差异。结果表明:高效品种叶色浅、生育期短、抽苔早,低效品种叶色深、生育期长、抽苔晚,生育期和抽苔日数与硼效率系数间的相关性达到极显著水平,可作为早期筛选甘蓝型油菜不同品种硼效率高低的参考指标;在轻度缺硼条件下,低效品种苗期长势较弱,硼含量较高,经济系数小,而高效品种长势较好,经济系数大;轻度缺硼时,不同硼效率品种茎中硼的相对含量均高于硼正常水平,其中,高效品种又比低效品种高,有利于硼的运转和再利用,提高硼的利用效率;缺硼对低效品种株高、单株总果数、千粒重影响大,而高效品种受影响较小;不同硼效率品种的生育进程不受硼水平的影响。The responses of two boron inefficient cultivars and four boron efficient cultivars of rapeseed ( Brassica napus L.) to boron deficiency were tested under soil culture. The results indicated that the leaf colour of efficient cultivars was light, and they had shorter growing term and bolted early, and the growing term and bolting time of different boron efficient cultivars were closoly related to their boron efficient coefficient; when available boron in soil was deficient, efficient cultivars could create much dry matter unit boron which had been accumulated in seedling stage, and had higher relative concentration of boron in stem in bolting stage, which was more advantageous for the transference of boron to apical point and heightened boron efficiency at the same time. Boron deficiency had little effect on the growing speed of different boron efficient cultivars.
