摘  要:目的:建立随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)基因分型方法监测重症监护室铜绿假单胞菌(PA)医院感染。方法:收集一年内从重症监护病房(ICU)分离出的21株铜绿假单胞菌,提取DNA后进行RAPD分型,同时进行抗生素敏感性实验。结果:21株PA共得14型,分型率100%;其中有3株属于同一种类型;抗生素敏感性实验表明21株均为对亚胺培南/西司他丁,头孢哌酮/舒巴坦等少数几种敏感的多重耐药株。结论:ICU内存在铜绿假单胞菌感染爆发流行,RAPD分型技术分型率高,简便快速,具有分子流行病学研究的应用价值。Objective: To establish a method of randomized augmentation polymorphism DNA (RAPD) gene typing to monitor chloropseudomonas infection in ICU. Method: 21 chloropseudomonas strains collected and isolated from ICU during one year were typed in RAPS after refining DNA and were carried out the bacterial sensitivity test as well. Results: 14 types in 21 PA strains were obtained with typing rate 100% ; 3 of 21 strains belonged to the same type; the bacterial sensitivity test indicated that all the 21 strains were sensitive to a few multiple drug - resistant strain, such as imipenem/ cilastatin, cefoperazone/sulbactam, etc. Conclusion: There were Chloropseudomonas infection eruption in ICU. RAPD typing technique has a molecule epidemiology application value with high typing rate, simple and quick.
