摘　　要：目的:探讨湿润烧伤膏治疗老年糖尿病皮肤溃疡的临床效果。方法:57例老年糖尿病皮肤溃疡患者采用烧伤膏治疗。结果:本组28例创面由肉芽组织生长充填,封闭创面,26例经在培养的新鲜肉芽组织采用创面微粒皮种植术封闭创面,3例创面经积极处理后好转自动出院。结论:烧伤膏对老年糖尿病皮肤溃疡疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of MEBO on old patient with diabetic skin ulcer. Method： The 57 cases of old patients with diabetic skin ulcer were treated with MEBO. Result： The wounds in 28 cases of them were closed with fully growth of granulation tissue ; the wounds of other 26 cases were closed after micro - particle autografring at the neo - regenerated cultivated granulation tissue wound ; rest 3 cases were discharged because of previously getting better after timely treatment at the local wound. Conclusion： MEBO has a significant efficacy on the wound healing of diabetic skin ulcerof old patient.
