摘 要:烧结工艺参数对陶瓷刀具材料的机械力学性能具有重要影响。利用正交试验法研究了烧结温度、烧结压力和保温时间三个工艺参数对Al2O3/SiC陶瓷刀具材料微观结构及力学性能的影响。用极差分析法对正交试验结果进行了分析。结果表明烧结温度是影响Al2O3/SiC陶瓷刀具材料机械力学性能最重要的因素,其次是烧结压力和保温时间;刀具材料的断口形貌表明烧结工艺参数,尤其是烧结温度对微观组织结构和力学性能具有重要影响。正交试验结果和微观组织结构形貌分析具有很好的一致性。In order to investigate the effect of hot-press fabrication parameters on mechanical properties of Al2O3/SiC ceramic tool materials, the orthogonal experiment method was used. In the experiments, the three influence factors such as the fabrication temperature, pressure and duration time are considered. The experimental results are analyzed by a range analysis of orthogonal experiments. It is shown that the most important factor that affects the mechanical properties is the fabrication temperature and the followed factors are the fabrication pressure and the duration time of fabrication. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) reveals that the hot-press fabrication parameters will significantly affect the microstructure of ceramic tool materials, which can govern the mechanical properties. This has been validated by the orthogonal experiments in the present paper.
