摘 要:本文研究了有机非线性光学晶体L-酒石酸脲在过饱和溶液中的成核过程。测定了不同温度下L-酒石酸脲的溶解度和成核诱导期,计算了成核特征参数。讨论了不同温度、过饱和度对L-酒石酸脲成核诱导期的影响。研究表明L-酒石酸脲晶体的成核诱导期随着溶液温度和过饱和度的增大而减少。通过经典成核理论计算了L-酒石酸脲的固液表面张力、成核自由能和临界成核半径等系列成核参数。The nucleation of the organic nonlinear optical crystal, urea L- tartaric acid,'was studied in supersaturated solution. The solubility and induction period of nucleation in different temperature were measured and the nucleation characteristic parameters were calculated. The effects of super-saturation and temperature on induction period were discussed. It was found that the induction period of urea L- tartaric acid crystal decreased with the raise of temperature and super-saturation. The interfacial tension, energy of formation and critical radius of nuclei of the urea L- tartaric acid crystal were calculated based on classical nucleation theory.
