摘  要:目的观察男性不育患者精子尾部超微结构改变,探讨精子运动障碍导致男性不育的机理。方法选择男性不育精液,制备精子超薄切片、冷冻蚀刻复型膜和表面喷塗样品,在透射电子显微镜和扫描电子显微镜下观察。结果1.精子尾部线粒体排列紊乱,外膜内嵴破裂;2.密纤维分离,密纤维与轴丝二联管颠倒,轴丝二联管缺损,放射辐、近邻连接断裂,内外动力臂缺损;3.膜结构凹凸不平,膜蛋白脱落或凝聚等。结论精子尾部中段线粒体结构破坏是精子丧失运动能力的关键;精子尾部轴丝密纤维等病理改变不能有效利用ATP,导致精子死亡;不育患者精子均出现磷脂双分子层结构改变和膜蛋白变性造成的脱落和凝聚。Objective:To observe the pathological changes of sperm tail to study the mechanism of male sterility. Methods:Semen samples from infertile men were collected, and the ultrathin sections and freeze-fracture replicas of sperm prepared and observed with electron microscope. Results: 1. The arrangement of mitochondria was disordered, membrane and inner ridge disrupted; 2. Dense fibers were apart. The position of dense fibers and axonemal doublets was reversed. Some of doublets were lost, and radial spoke and interdoublet link disrupted. Defect of sidearm of doublet was observed. 3. Membrane was not smooth, Protein molecules in membrane shed or aggregated. Conclusions:Structure damage of mitochondria of sperm disorder. Disruption of axoneme and dense fiber may be the structure was always found in the patient. tail is cause the important reason for the functional of male sterility. Damage of membrane
