摘　　要：目的心疝临床上少见,死亡率极高,报告和讨论心疝并发症使临床医生有所认识,以便预防和救治。方法回顾和总结7例心疝并发症的发生和救治经过。结果2例救治成功,2例死亡。结论心疝形成的原因、如何有效的预防以及快速诊断与救治。Objective There was little and high mortality of heart hernia in clinical. To explore heart hernia may help clinician improve recognition and guide the treatment. Methods The clinical data of 4 patients with heart hernia were retrospectively analysed. Results 2 cases were succeed,2 cases were died. Conclusion To discuss the causes of heart hernia, how to prevent effectual and diagnosis timely and treatment.
