摘 要:通过免疫组织化学染色法对1日龄牦牛肺血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的分布进行了研究,以探讨牦牛肺对高原的适应性机理。结果显示,VEGF大量分布于导气部上皮的Clara细胞胞质和伴行肺动脉内皮细胞胞质内;在导气部上皮的纤毛细胞、管壁平滑肌内也有分布;VEGF在肺动脉平滑肌中的分布随着管径的减小而减少;在呼吸部上皮内没有VEGF分布,仅在肺泡壁有散在分布。表明,低氧能刺激1日龄牦牛肺导气部和肺动脉内的VEGF含量增加,从而对牦牛肺的发育产生影响,这可能是牦牛肺能适应高原低氧环境的重要因素。To explore the adaptive mechanism of yak's lung, the distribution of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in one-day-old yak's lung was observed by immunohistochemical method. The results showed bulk of VEGF was distributed in intrapulmonary conducting airways, mainly in Clara cell of epithelium and pulmonary artery's endothelium. Some of VEGF was distributed in ciliated cell and smooth muscle layer in bronchus and its branches,and no VEGF was distributed in epithelium of gas exchange area, but a few in alveolar wall. VEGF decreased with the decrease of pulmonary artery's caliber. These results indicated that hypoxia could stimulate lung to secrete VEGF in intrapulmonary conducting airways and pulmonary artery of oneday-old-yak, which affects the development of lung. It may be an important mechanism of yak to adapt hypoxia.
