摘　　要：随着短信业务的迅速发展,垃圾短信给人们带来的骚扰越来越严重。本文首先介绍了垃圾短信的定义、危害以及产生的原因,然后从法律和技术两个方面对垃圾短信的防治方法进行了探讨,最后对垃圾短信的防治方法进行了总结。With the development of short message service, the short message spam brings the increasingly serious harassment to the people. This paper describes first the definition, harmfulness, and the cause of short message spam. Then the prevention methods of short message spam is discussed from two aspects： the law and the technique. Finally, the prevention methods of short message spam are summarized.
