摘 要:目的建立饮用水中微量三氯甲烷和四氯化碳的顶空气相色谱分析方法。方法采用顶空毛细管气相色谱法测定饮用水中微量的三氯甲烷和四氯化碳。结果三氯甲烷、四氯化碳的最低检出浓度分别为0.06μg/L和0.01μg/L,水样平均加标回收率为88.0%~99.3%,RSD为3.2%~5.3%。结论所建立的方法具有操作简单、快捷,灵敏度高,分离度好等优点,适合水中三氯甲烷和四氯化碳的测定。Objective To establish a method for determination of minimum chloroform and tetrachloromethane in drinking water. Methods Headspace capillary gas chromatography was used to determinate minimum chloroform and tetrachloromethane in drinking water. Results The lowest determination limit for chloroform and tetrachloromethane were 0.06μg/L and 0.01μg/L respectively. The recovery of water sample was 88.0%-99.3% and the RSD was 3.2%-5.3%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and separable. Therefore, it is suitable for detection and analysis of chloroform and tetrachloromethane in water.
