摘　　要：[目的]探讨使用弹性髓内针（elastic stable intramedullary nail，ESIN）治疗儿童桡骨颈骨折的效果及并发症。[方法]从2005年3月-2008年2月应用Métaizeau方法（ESIN）共治疗35例儿童桡骨颈骨折。男21例，女14例，年龄5-13岁，平均9岁6个月。其中Judet分度Ⅱ度7例、Ⅲ度22例、Ⅳa度5例，Ⅳb度1例。桡骨颈合并其他部位骨折共12例。[结果]35例均获得随访，平均随访时间8.5个月（6-17个月）。术后功能评价25例为优良，7例为中，3例为差，优良率为71.4％。9例术后出现桡骨头骺缺血改变，其中5例桡骨头骺变形膨大，1例出现关节周围异常钙化，2例发生迟延愈合。[结论]ESIN治疗儿童桡骨颈骨折是一种操作简单且微创的方法，主要适用JudetⅢ°骨折，总体效果优良，并发症少。[Objective]To investigate the effect and complications of treating radial neck fractures in children with elastic stable intramedullary nail（ESIN）.[Method] A retrospective study was applied in 35 children（5-13 years） with displaced radial neck fractures, that were corrected with ESIN in our hospital from 2005 to 2008. [Result] All cases were successfully followed up, with an average time of 7.5 months. Ninteen cases were evaluated as excellent, 6 cases were good, the excellent and good rate was 68%. Avascular necrosis was found in 9 cases, including 4 cases of radial head bulk formation, 1 case showed ossification and delayed union was proved in 2 cases. [Conclusion] Treating the radial neck fracture with ESIN is a simple and mini- mally invasive method, the overall effect is good while the complications are limited.
