摘  要:采用H08A焊芯,通过药皮向堆焊金属过渡合金元素,形成多种硬质相,达到多元复合强化、提高耐磨性的目的。采用光谱仪、金相显微镜、扫描电镜和EDAX能谱分析了堆焊金属的成分和组织结构。研究结果表明,优化焊条的堆焊层组织为混合型马氏体和少量残余奥氏体+弥散分布的一次NbC,低碳马氏体和高碳马氏体数量相当。碳化物硬质点呈颗粒状弥散分布,这使焊层达到较高的硬度,而基体有较高塑韧性,实现抗裂性增强。Using H08A welding core, the alloy elements were transferred into the surfacing layer through coating, and many kinds of hard-phases were synthesized. Spectrograph, microscope, SEM micrographs and the EDAX pattern were used to analyze the composition, microstructure and phase of the layer. The results show that new microstructure of hardfacing alloy in optimizational hardfacing electrode consists of mixed martensite and little retained austenite with NbC which are dispersively distributed in the matrix . The amount of low-carbon and high-carbon martensite are identical. The like-granule carbides evenly scattered in the crystal grains, which makes the layer get higher hardness and have good crack-resistance.
