彩色M型多普勒在评价左室舒张功能中的应用

摘　　要：目的：评价彩色M型多普勒在左室舒张功能中的价值。方法：对47例临床叮疑冠心病患者，按二尖瓣过瓣10L流E峰、A峰比值不同分为三组，应用彩色M型多普勒（CMD）进行测量二尖瓣舒张早期血流播散速率（FPV），同时测量等容舒张时间（IVRT）并进行比较。结果：依照E／A比值不同，CMD所测值随舒张功能下降而下降，相应IVRT随舒张功能下降而增大。结论：CMD能较准确地反映左室舒张功能的变化，避免了假性正常化的出现。Objective：To evaluate the left ventricular diastolic function by color M-mode Doppler echocardiography.Methods：47 suspected coronary artery disease patients were divided into three groups accoding to E/A.Flow propagation velocity （FPV）of early flow into the left ventficular cavity and isovolumic relaxation time （IVRT） was measured by color M-mode Doppler echocardiogaphy.Results：According to the difference of E/A,Vp value was decreased and IVPT was increased when the left ventficular diastolic function was increased.Conclusion：CMD can reflect accurately the changes of left ventricular diastolic function and avoid the pseudo-normal occurrence.
