云南信息产业发展水平的测度与分析

摘　　要：本文在指数模型法的基础上，从云南省省情出发，对该方法进行了创造性的改进，提出了云南信息产业发展水平测度方法和指标体系构成方案。继而，采用改进后的信息产业发展水平指数法对云南信息产业发展水平进行了测算，并在对测算结果展开分析与讨论后，与广东省进行比较，最终得出了云南信息产业发展水平的初步结论。Start from the realistic situation of Yunnan, this paper improves the index model creatively, and develops the measure method on information industry development level of Yunnan and its index system constructing scheme. Next, by taking the improved index to measure the development level, we discuss and analyze the measure result and compare it with Guangdong. Finally, we give a preliminary conclusion focusing on the development level of Yunnan information industry.
