摘　　要：在现代经济中，人力资本已经成为经济增长的重要源泉。本文运用规范分析和实证分析相结合的方法，通过建立新疆人力资本与经济增长的关系模型，说明了新疆人力资本存在的问题，并指出发展高等教育、提高人力资本水平是新疆发展经济的根本途径。Human capital has become an important source of eeonomie growth in the modern economy. In this paper, we establish the relational model between human capital and regional economic growth to explain the existing problems of human capital in Xinjiang using the method of standardized analysis and empirical analysis. Then we point out that developing higher education and improving human capital level are the fundamental ways for the economic development in Xinjiang.
