摘　　要：涉农群体性纠纷的成因具有多方面性,其能否得到有效解决不仅影响农民合法权益的维护,而且影响农村社会秩序的维持。而涉农群体性纠纷的主要类型和性质决定了诉讼解决的充分可行性以及其他民事纠纷解决方式的整体不可采性。利用诉讼的方式解决涉农群体性纠纷,必须从完善代表人诉讼制度、改善司法环境、加强法律援助工作等方面入手。Various causes bring about agriculture - related group disputes. The effective resolution of agriculture - related group disputes concerns not only the safeguard of farmers legal rights but also the maintaining of social order in rural area. The nature and main categories of agriculture - related group disputes make the resolution through lawsuit feasible and other means of resolution unfeasible. To solve agriculture - related group disputes through lawsuits, representative litigation system, judicial environment and legal aid must be improved.
