摘　　要：临盘油田含油层系多,油水关系复杂,地层水矿化度高(40 000～60 000 mg/L)且呈弱酸性,地层温度高(～110℃),给油田生产设备造成了严重腐蚀。针对临盘油田的实际情况,通过静态挂片法和电化学法对现场使用较好的SLP-4、BS-X、IMC30-Q′等几种缓蚀剂进行了室内筛选和评价。试验结果表明BS-X型缓蚀剂是一种适合临盘油田油层条件的缓蚀剂;当BS-X缓蚀剂的浓度为20 mg/L时缓蚀率达91.9%。Linpan oilfield has series of oil-bearing strata, complex relationship between oil and water, high mineralization degree and weak acidic formation water, high formation temperature. All these factors caused severel corrosion of oilfield facilities. Aimed at the actual situation of Linpan oilfield, several kinds of corrosion inhibitors （SLP-4,BS-X,IMC-30-Q′） have been screened and evaluated by static coupon corrosion test and electrochemical method. Experimental results showed that BS-X inhibitor was suitable to Linpan oilficld. When the concentration was 20 mg/L, the BS-X inhibitor efficiency reached 91.9%.
