荡石片检测方法的研究

摘　　要：建立荡石片质量控制方法。采用专属性强的TLC法对方中小蓟、牛膝、甘草进行定性鉴别。HPLC法测定方中石韦与小蓟的共有成分绿原酸的含量，线性范围0.0936-0.936μg，平均回收率为99.0%（n=9），RSD为1.04%。该方法简便准确，重复性好，可作为荡石片的质量控制方法。A quality standards of Dangshi Tablets was established. Herba Cirsii, Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae and Radix Et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae were identified by TLC. A HPLC methed for determination of chlorogenic acid was esteblished. The methodological study showed that a good linear correlation existed in the range of 0. 0936-0. 936ug of chlorogenic acid and the average recovery of chlorogenic acid was 99.0% with RSD= 1.04 %. The identified method is exclusive. They can be used for the control of Dangshi Tablets.
