浅谈临床药师在医院合理使用抗菌药物中的作用

摘　　要：医院要建立抗菌药物的管理制度,制定抗菌药物临床应用实施细则。临床药师在合理使用抗菌药物中要发挥应有的作用。如开展药学知识的教育和咨询、积极开展药学实践、参加卫生部"全国抗菌药物临床应用监测网"、对抗菌药物的使用进行调查和对抗菌药物的不良反应进行监测等。The management system of antibiotics and the implementing regulations of clinical application should be set up in hospital. Clinical pharmacist should play a significant role in rational use of antibiotics. For instance, carrying out instruction and consultation of drug knowledge, promoting pharmacy practice, participating in ＂ National Clinical Application of Antibiotics Monitoring System＂ of the Ministry of Public Health, surveying the use of antibacterial drugs and monitoring adverse reaction.
