摘　　要：通过对我院老年病区肿瘤患者肠外营养临床应用情况的分析,加强我院老年肿瘤患者对肠外营养液的应用。对2006年出院的老年肿瘤患者的住院医嘱进行统计、分析。肠外营养液可以保护与支持器官、组织的结构和功能,维护细胞的正常代谢,参与机体生理功能、免疫功能的调控与修复,但短时间应用对肿瘤患者并无治疗作用。因此,肠外营养液的合理应用应以个体化配方为基础,才能起到安全、有效的营养支持作用。According to statistical analysis of the hospital medical advice of elderly patients with cancer in 2006, the clinical application of parenteral nutrition of the elderlY patients with cancer in hospital ward was analyzed in order ot get clinical application information. Parenteral nutrition can protect and support organs, organization, structure and function of ceils. It can also maintain normal metabolism, participate in regulation and repair of physiological function and immune function. But It can not treat cancer patients in short time application. Therefore, the rational application of parenteral nutrition formula should be based on individual can play safe and effective nutritional support role.
