摘 要:利用双辊开炼机制备了聚丙烯腈(PAN)纤维增强改性道路沥青混合料,对其结构与性能进行研究。结果表明:随PAN纤维用量增加,改性道路沥青的针入度和延度下降、软化点升高,断裂韧性、热老化性与耐疲劳性均有明显提高。当PAN纤维质量分数为3%时,改性道路沥青由溶-凝胶结构转变为凝胶型结构,形成完整交联网络,其抗裂性、温度敏感性、热老化性能及耐疲劳性最佳。A polyacrylonitrile (PAN) fiber-reinforced pavement asphalt mix was prepared with a double-roller open mill. The structure and properties of the asphalt were studied. The results showed that the penetration and ductility of the reinforced pavement asphalt were decreased, the softening point was raised and the fracture toughness, thermal ageing property and fatigue resistance was profoundly improved as the addition of PAN fiber was increased. The reinforced pavement asphalt was transformed into gel structure from sol-gel structure, a complete interlace network was formed, and the optimal crack resistance, temperature sensitivity, thermal ageing property and fatigue resistance were obtained as the content of PAN fiber was 3% by mass fraction.
