摘 要:采用16对光纤传感器测量涤纶长丝在椭圆形网络器丝道截面上的运动情况,研究了加工工艺对长丝在网络器丝道内部运动的影响。结果表明:加工气压过小或过大时,长丝都不能在丝道内自由旋转,长时间停留在丝道的上部或顶端;加工气压为0.3 MPa时,有利于网络结的形成;加工速度对长丝在丝道内部的运动影响不大;长丝在丝道截面上的运动轨迹类似横置的数字8。The motion trace of polyester filament on the elliptic cross section of the interlacer was measured with 16 pairs of optical fiber sensors. The effect of processing technology on the filament motion in yarn duct of interlacer was studied. The results showed that the filament did not rotate freely in the yam duct and retained at the upper part or at the top of the yarn duct for a long period of time as the processing pressure was extremely low or high. The processing pressure of 0.3 MPa was helpful to the formation of interlaced knot. The processing speed did not have much effect on the filament motion in the yarn duct. The motion trace of the filament on the cross section of yarn duct was like the transversely placed 8.
