摘 要:提出了一种以聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)为印刷滚筒的、在玻璃基材表面可大面积印刷聚合物图案的胶版印刷技术,并开发了相应的油墨。该油墨由环氧树脂基聚合物BPAN及异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)组成的热固性双组分聚合物体系和红色分散颜料组成。采用原位红外光谱法研究了热固性体系的热固化。结果表明BPAN/IPDI双组分体系有良好的热固化性能。固化薄膜具有良好的耐溶剂性能和光学性能。应用本工艺得到分辨率为100μm的聚合物图案。An off-set printing method using a polydimethylsiloxane roll was developed for printing polymer patterns on glass substrates over large areas. The printing ink developed for this technique consists of a thermal-curable polymeric system and a red dispersed pigment. The thermal-crosslinking polymeric system was prepared from an epoxy-based polymer (BPAN) and a cross-linking agent, isphoronethe diisocyanate (IPDI). The thermal curing behavior of BPAN/IPDI was measured using in-situ infrared spectroscopy. The results show that the system has excellent thermal curability. The cured polymer film has good solvent resistance and optical performance. Patterned polymer with resolution of 100 μm has fabricated using the process and the ink.
