基于ADO的水泥回转窑旋风预热器实时监测数据库应用设计

摘　　要：主要以Φ2.8m/2.7m×42五级旋风预热器的一级旋风预热器为研究背景,在分析了风速、风压、温度以及流量对旋风预热器的分离效率和预热效果的影响以及根据多年水泥生产的经验给出的这四个参数的数值范围的基础上,在SQL Server 2000数据库开发环境下建立了相应的实时监测数据库。同时采用了一种ADO数据库访问接口技术对数据库进行查询、保存、删除等基本操作。该方案可实现系统在线监视、命令操作和记录查询等功能。This paper mainly do research in the first stage preheater of φ2.8m/2.7m×42 five stages cyclone preheater ot a whirlwind.On the basis of analysis the parameters such as wind speed,wind press,temperature,flux and so on,as well as giving the scale of the four parameters based on years of experience in cement production,create a relevant real time monitoring database in the SQL Server 2000.Meanwhile,we adopted a ADO database access interface technique to query,save and delete the datum,and so on.
