红外热像仪诊断腰椎间盘突出症的价值

摘　　要：目的：探讨红外热象仪诊断腰椎间盘突出症的价值。材料和方法：应用红外热象仪检查６４例腰椎间盘突出症及１９例正常人腰骶及双下肢，对２９例作了ＣＴ对照检查。结果：正常人热象图以腰骶菱形窝为中心，上下左右呈淡红色，周边呈绿色或淡绿色，分布符合正常解剖结构，皮温两侧无明显差异；腰椎间盘突出症热图、腰骶受损区呈红色或深红色，皮温较正常高出２～４度，２９例患者行ＣＴ检查，２８例与红外热象仪结果相符。结论：红外热象仪对腰椎间盘突出症患者具有一定诊断价值。Purpose: To evaluate the diagostic value of infrared image in lumbar intervertebral disc hernia. Material and Methods: 64 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc hernia and 19 healthy controls underwent infrared imaging and 29 of the 64patients were compared with CT. Results: The skin temperature on both sides of normal lumbar sacral region was similar and showed a symmetrical light red diamond with light green peripheral. On lesion side skin temperature raised 2～4 ℃, the color chenged into red or derk red. The skin temperature of the involved extremity dropped 2～4℃, showing blue or dark blue in color. 28 of the 29 CT tindings were in accordance with the infrared image. Conclusion: The results suggest that the infrared imaging is diagnostic lumbar intervertebral disc hernia.
