摘　　要：针对 WH60A 高强度钢板与铸钢 ZG34CrNiMo 的异种钢之间的焊接难点,通过对材料焊接性能的分析,确定了相应的焊接工艺及参数,实现了碳当量高、淬硬倾向性强、尺寸较厚的高强度钢板与铸钢间的顺利焊接,满足了实际生产的需要。Aiming at the welding problem of dissimilar steels between the alloy cast steel ZG34CrNiMo and high strength steel WH60A, the welding technology and parameters areproposed by analyzing their welding properties. This approach can implement the welding between high carbon equivalent, high quench-hardening tendentious, thick steel plate and cast steel. It meets the requirement of actual production.
