摘　　要：公共图书馆实施商务信息服务不仅能够推进公共图书馆的管理变革与服务创新,而且有利于促进中小企业成长,服务于社会经济发展。在分析国外公共图书馆商务信息服务实践与发展动向的基础上,从公共图书馆商务信息服务的定位、运行机制、人才资源三方面提出了我国公共图书馆开展商务信息服务的战略,较为具体地探讨了我国公共图书馆商务信息服务的应用模式。Business information service provided by public library can not only promote the innovation of public library but also help SMEs with research and development. Both of these benefit the economic development of local area. This paper analyses the practice of foreign public libraries which carry out the business infomlatiou service and then put forward three strategies to implement the business information service provided by public libraries in China. At last this paper introduces three modes for integrating information resource while providing business information service in public libraries.
