论我国体育健身业准入制度的建立与管理

摘　　要：运用调查法、访谈法和文献资料法,发现我国体育健身业发展较快,但还存在着服务质量较低、主管部门监管不力等问题。为了保证体育健身业持续发展,主管部门要建立《体育健身业准入制度》,包括《体育健身业准入标准》和《体育健身教练职业资格标准》,并成立专门的机构和队伍,加强对体育健身业的管理、检查与监控,以提高服务质量和竞争力。By the methods of investigation, interview and documentation, the author discovered that the sport fitness industry in China is developing quickly. But the service quality is low and the supervision of the authorities concerned is ineffective. In order to ensure the continuous development of sports fitness, the authorities concerned should establish the Admission System of Sports Fitness, including the Admission Standards of Sports Fitness Industry and the Vocational Qualification Standards of administration and supervision of sports fitness industry and improve the service quality and competitiveness.
