摘 要:为解决四象限交流斩波电路在无功负载条件下的建模和纹波计算问题,应用电路大信号理论建立了电路工作在CCM模式下的大信号模型。然后,根据大信号模型推导出电路的纹波计算公式。最后,为验证大信号模型和纹波计算公式的正确性,利用PSPICE软件对电路进行了仿真分析,并将仿真数据和理论计算进行了详细对比。实验结果证明,由大信号模型推导出的纹波计算公式具有相当高的精度,可用于四象限交流斩波电路的控制和纹波估计。To resolve the problem of the model analysis and ripple calculations for four quadrants AC chopper, a big - signal model under the CCM condition ( Continuous Conduction Mode) is discussed by using the big - signal theory in this paper. Then the output ripple calculations are discussed based on the proposed model. Finally, to verify the correctness of the big - signall model and ripple calculation, a simulating analysis by PSPICE of four quadrants is done, and the comparison between the analysis value and simulating results is given . The result illustrates that the ripple calculation has high accuracy and is suitable for Using in circuit control and ripple estimate.
