摘 要:在广泛阅读国内外有关溴氰菊酯研究资料的基础上,按照环境中有害物质卫生标准制订的一般原则,根据FAO/WHO提出的粮谷类中溴氰菊酯最高残留限量(MRLs)和WHO确立的人体每日容许摄入限量(ADI)间接推算出水中溴氰菊酯的浓度为0.033mg/L;按照一般农药在水体中的容许残留限量,结合人体每日容许摄入限量计算出水中溴氰菊酯的浓度为0.02~0.03mg/L。比较两者的推算结果,考虑到对全体人群、鱼类、水生生物等环境生态的安全性,并对该标准的可行性进行分析,最后确定地面水中溴氰菊酯的最高容许浓度为0.02mg/L。该方法利用现有的研究资料,快速推算环境中有害物质的最高容许浓度,具有经济、快速、简便的优点,是适应当前形势发展需要的重要方法,是对常规制订方法的必要补充,为今后环境中有害物质卫生标准的制订提供有益的参考。On the basis of reading up the documents about decamethrin (DM),the concentration of DM in water was 0033mg/L,which was calculated indirectly according to the maximum residues limits (MRLs)of DM in grain approved by FAO/WHO and the acceptable daily intake(ADI) of DM established by WHO.In addition,in the light of the allowable residues limits of the general pesticide(e.g., organophosphorus pesticide) in water bodies and ADI of DM,the concentration of DM in water was 002 ̄003mg/L.A comparison was made between the two results and considering the safety for the whole population and ecological environment such as fish and aquatic,it was established that the maximum allowable concentration(MAC) of DM in surface water was 0.02mg/L.Finally,the feasibility of the application of the MAC in our country was analysed.This method,which could quickly calculate the MAC of DM in surface water according to the documents reported,had many advantages such as economy,quickness,simplicitye and convenience.It is essential for forestablishing the hygienic standard of the hazardous substances in environment in future.
