摘 要:为了解集中供水系统的霉菌含量水平及与有关水质指标的相关关系,探讨霉菌的饮水卫生学意义,调查了供水系统的霉菌含量。结果表明,地面水源水霉菌数为16.7~140CFU/mL,水处理后的出厂水为0~0.7CFU/mL,混凝沉淀的霉菌去除率达99.7%。与出厂水比,管网水、高层水箱水中霉菌含量及检出率递增,均值分别为1.6CFU/mL和2.3CFU/mL,最高值分别为14.3CFU/mL和14CFU/mL,检出率的差异具有非常显著意义,提示配水系统存在不同程度的霉菌污染。但结果未见其与细菌总数、大肠菌群、浑浊度和游离余氯含量间存在线性相关。In order to understand the fungi count levels and its correlation four water quality parameters in the water of four centralized water works and assess its hygienic significance in drinking water, the investigation was made.The results showed the fungi count was 167 ̄140CFU/mL in surface raw water ans 0 ̄07CFU/mL in finished water.The removal rate of fungi was 99.7 percent for the water treated with coagulation precipitation.Compared with finished water,the fungi count and percent of positive samples in tap water and storage tank water in tall building increased progressively.Their average counts were 1.6CFU/mL and 2.3CFU/mL and the highest count was 143CFU/mL and 07CFU/mL respectively.Their differences were significantly.The results indicated fungi contamination in different degrees in the water distribution system was detected and no linear correlation to total bacterial count,total coliform,turbidity and free residual chlorine was found.
