摘  要:为探讨高氟能否影响体内镁水平,镁盐降氟水能否对机体镁水平有影响。选择9~11岁180名儿童为调查对象,监测儿童尿钙、镁、氟水平,并通过6个月动物饮水实验观察高氟组、镁盐降氟水组动物机体镁、氟水平。结果显示,高氟暴露人群尿氟高(P<0.01),尿钙低(P<0.01),尿镁有低于对照的趋势。动物实验也证实高氟暴露动物机体镁负荷下降。镁盐降氟水可有效地降低动物机体氟负荷,提高动物机体镁水平。提示镁盐降氟水可有效降低机体氟负荷,在一定程度上补充因高氟所致的机体镁不足。To study the effects of drinking water with high fluoride content and defluorinated water by magnesium salts on the body magnesium content,the contents of calcium,magnesium and fluoride in the urine of 180 children aged 9 ̄11 years were determined and after 6 months' experimental observation in mice drinking the magnesium and fluoride contents in mice's serum and brain were determined.The results showed that urine fluoride was higher,calcium and magnesium were lower in high fluorideexposed group than those in control group.The animal body magnesium content of high fluorideexposed group also decreased.Magnesium salt was effective on decreasing the fluoride content in animal's body,at the same time increasing body magnesium content.This study indicated that defluorinated water by magnesium salts not only might decrease fluoride content in body,but also supply magnesium to a certain extent to relieve magnesium deficiency for high fluoride-exposed people.
