摘 要:先用苯萃取使废水中硝基苯的浓度达3ppm以下,再用水蒸气汽提使废水中的苯浓度达10ppm以下,并使硝基苯浓度进一步降低。处理后的废水全面达到国家二级排放标准。苯和萃取出的硝基苯都可回收利用。考察了苯用量和萃取次数对萃取和汽提效果的影响,确定了适当的工艺条件。At first, we reduced the concentration of nitrobenzene dissolved in the waste water less than 3ppm by the way of benzene extraction. Then, we reduced the concentration of benzene dissolved in the waste water less than 10ppm by the way of vapor distillation and the concentration of nitrobenzene could be reduced furtherly' The waste water after being treated had passed through the second-class standard of China'on the whole. Benzene and Nitrobenzene extracted from the waste water could all be reused. This paper investigated into the effects of benzene and its quantity and the extraction times on the results of solvent extraction and vapor distillation and chose the suitable technical conditions'
