摘　　要：伦敦成为世界最大的金融产业集散地之一,国际金融企业在伦敦集聚所形成的金融服务业集群已经举世瞩目。因此,剖析伦敦金融服务业集群的形成与发展的特殊性,探讨集群的结构和成因等具有理论和实际意义。London has been one of the biggest financial center in the world, the London financial cluster formed by international finance enterprises has attracted the world＇s attention.So, analyzing its forming and developing particularity ,discussing its structure and forming reasons,has important meanings both in theory and practice.
