摘 要:提出了一类任意拓扑结构的互注入锁相耦合振荡器阵列的数学描述方法,分析了阵列在同步解附近的稳定性,得到了阵列的同步和稳定条件。利用推导得到的阵列相位分布控制方法和稳定性条件,实现了矩形结构阵列的不对称副瓣波束以及菱形结构阵列的平面相位分布,并给出了仿真结果。A mathematical description of a class of mutual injection locked oscillators array with arbitrary topology was given. The stability of the synchronization solution of the array was analyzed, and synchronization condition and stability condition were also deduced. Based on these conditions and method of controlling phase distribution of the array, beam shaping with asymmetric sidelobe of rectangle oscillators array was implemented. And also, a new rhombus topology of coupled oscillators array was put forward, with the virtue of wider beam scanning range and simplified complexity. Simulation results were provided at the same time.
