摘 要:为观察碳纳米管结合低频低强度超声对EMT-6肿瘤细胞体外生长的影响,采用在细胞悬浮液中加载碳纳米管,以低频超声辐照EMT-6细胞,通过对比超声作用前后贴壁细胞显微镜照片、消化后的细胞悬浮液计数,观察细胞凋亡效果。结果发现,细胞液中加载碳纳米管,并使用低频低强度超声辐照,能够显著强化EMT-6的凋亡。实验显示,随碳纳米管浓度的加大、超声强度的提高、超声作用时间的延长,肿瘤细胞凋亡更加明显。研究表明,碳纳米管能够强化低频低强度超声诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡效果,有可能成为肿瘤治疗的一种有效手段。To observe the nanoparticles enhanced EMT-6 apoptosis by low-power low-frequency ultrasound, after loading some nanoparticles, EMT-6 cell suspension was exposed to low-power low-frequency ultrasound. Investigating the apoptosis effects through microscope images of adherent cells and counting the digestive cells before and after ultrasonic exposure. Results Low-power lowfrequency ultrasound could significantly increase the apoptosis of EMT-6 cells under aid of the nanoparticles. With the increase of concentration of the carbon nano-tubes, improvement of the ultrasound intensity, or prolonging of the irradiation time of ultrasound, the effects of apoptosis would become even much evident. Nanoparticles can help enhance EMT-6 apoptosis, and thus serve as a potential cancer therapy.
