摘　　要：分析了当前可视电话市场形势及产业链,给出了市场运行模式及产业化的发展趋势。从市场模式出发,基于可视通信的基础业务,扩展到多媒体视讯服务、数字家居、远程监控、泛业务应用等增值业务,探讨多赢的商业模式,提出实施商业模式的双网融合(PSTN+ADSL/IP)可视电话及泛应用平台。在项目实践的经验基础上,设计了新一代可视电话综合视讯系统的开放式应用架构体系,给出从硬件研发,到软件开发,到服务端平台建设的技术解决方案。Based on the analysis of the current market status and value-chain of video-phone, the running-mode of market and direction of industrialization about video-phone are applied. According to the running-mode of market, based on the video-communications business, expanding into multi-media video services, digital home, remote monitoring, the multi-business applications, and other valueadded services, research the multi-win business model, the project of dual-network integration （PSTN＋ADSL/IP） videophone and its multi-business applications is proposed. The opened application architecture of the new generation video-phone is designed. The technique solution about hardware, software and platform are given.
