摘　　要：目的：探讨非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术（OPCABG）患者围术期的护理方法。方法：对200例行OPCAB患者，给予精心围术期护理，即加强心理护理、健康指导及术后监护。结果：本组死亡3例，其余197例均治愈出院。随访1～2个月，197例患者心绞痛消失，均恢复正常工作和生活。结论：对OPCAB患者给予积极心理疏导、健康指导和严密监护，可有效减少术后并发症，使患者早日康复，提高其生活质量。Objective ： To explore the methods of nursing care in perioperative period of off - pump coronary artery by- pass grafting （OPCABG）. Methods： Two hundred patients who received OPCABG were given such careful perioperative nursing care as psycho nursing care, instruction on health and postoperative monitoring. Results： One hundred and ninety seven were cured and returned to normal life except that 3 patients died. Conclusion ： Psychological guidance, instruction on health and close observation can effectively reduce postoperative complication and accelerate patients＇ rehabilitation as well as increase the quality of life of patients.
