摘 要:小球藻在水产、环保、医疗和重要生命活性物质生产等众多领域的研究与应用得到不断深入,如何高效培养出高密度小球藻以满足各个应用领域的需要是亟待解决的难题。试验探索了利用生物反应器高密度异养培养小球藻的方法,利用气升式、机械搅拌式两种生物反应器对小球藻进行培养,初步比较了流加培养方式应用在两种生物反应器的效果。通过流加高浓度培养基得到细胞总数1.988×107/mL,最大细胞干重29.944g/L。结果表明,在机械搅拌式生物反应器中流加培养基能够获得最大生长量。The research and application of Chlorella sp. in many fields such as aquiculture, environmental protection, medical treatment and the production of biological active substances have been increased rapidly, however how to culture ChloreUa sp. efficiently with very high cell density to meet the need of every application field is a urgent problem. The experiment explored the high-density heterotrophic cultivation of Chlorella with bioreactors. Chlorella sp. was cultivated in the air-lift bioreactor and the mechanical stirring bioreactor. As the first, the results of fed-batch culture method in these two bioreactors was compared, experimenter obtained the total number of cells 1.988×10^7/mL and the maximum biomass 29.944 g/L in high concentration media with fed-batch method.
