摘 要:采用试验模态分析的方法分别对单叶片、两叶片风轮、三叶片风轮、五叶片风轮和中心固定圆板进行了模态分析,得到了它们的实际模态振型。实验结果显示,单叶片的模态振型和多叶片的模态振型有较大不同,单叶片的结构动态特性不能代替整个风轮的结构动态特性;对比多叶片风轮和中心固定圆板,按照一定的对应关系,可以采用中心固定圆板的振型来研究多叶片风轮的挥舞模态振型。Rotor blade mode analysis is the foundation of knowing structural dynamic characteristic of wind turbine, and it is very important to obtain accurately the natural frequency and the mode shape of wind turbine. The experimental modal analyses of single-blade rotors, 2-blade rotors, 3-blade rotors, 5-blade rotors and centre-fixed disc adopting were performed, and their real mode shapes were gained in the paper. The results show that there are more differences of the mode shape configuration and the natural frequency between the single-blade and multi-blade rotors. The structural dynamic characteristics of the whole rotors couldn' t be replaced by single blade' s ones. Compared the multi-blade rotors and centre-fixed disc, the mode shape of centre-fixed disc can be used to study the mode shape of multi-blade rotors according to definite homologous ralations.
