摘　　要：在概述知识型城市之缘起、内涵、特征、构成等相关理论的基础上,以墨尔本为样本,分析了其基于知识的城市发展战略,总结了其建设知识型城市的经验,以期探寻知识型城市的发展轨迹、形成机理并为我国创建知识型城市提供借鉴。Based on a discussion of the origin, connotation, characteristics and hierarchical structure of a knowledge-based city and taking Melbourne as a sample, this paper analyzes the knowledge-based urban development strategy and summarizes its practical experiences in order to explore the development path and mechanism of a knowledge-based city and provide some insights and valuable references for similar cities in China.
