高频超声在膝关节侧副韧带急性损伤中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨高频超声在膝关节内、外侧副韧带急性损伤诊断中的价值。方法与核磁共振检查、临床表现及手术结果比较,分析31例35条膝关节侧副韧带不同类型损伤的声像图表现。结果31例患者(35条损伤的侧副韧带)的MRI和超声均诊断为侧副韧带损伤,其中超声诊断韧带挫伤的有27条,部分撕裂伤有5条,完全撕裂伤有3条;核磁共振诊断韧带挫伤有27条,部分撕裂伤有4条,完全撕裂伤有4条。结论超声是诊断膝关节侧副韧带急性损伤的一种简便、可靠的方法,对治疗方法的选择具有一定的指导作用。Objective To explore the value of high-frequency uhrasonography in the diagnosis of the acute injury of knee collateral ligaments. Methods Compared with magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） , clinical and surgical results, the features of ultrasound imaging of the different injury types of 35 knee collateral ligaments in 31 patients were analyzed. Results In 31 patients of 35 knee collateral ligaments, there were 27 cases of collateral ligaments contusion, 5 cases of partial tear and 3 cases of whole tear diagnosed by sonography. MRI confirmed 27 cases of collateral ligaments contusion, 4 cases of partial tear and 4 cases of whole tear. Condusions The high-frequency uhrasonography is an easy and reliable method in the diagnosis of the acute injury of knee collateral ligaments, which can guide therapy.
