摘  要:电化学消毒法作为一种高效、低成本、操作便捷、环境友好的灭菌技术,在近年来得到了较快的发展,但是关于电化学消毒灭菌机理仍未彻底研究清楚。目前主要的机理有电场的直接作用、自由氯组分的作用、活性基团的作用。另外,对电化学反应的影响因素研究较多,除了电极材料和电化学反应器形式,反应的操作条件如电流密度、反应pH值、电解质组成等也是不容忽视的。电化学杀菌技术尚存在电流效率较低、阴极结垢以及杀菌剂浓度控制等问题,仍需要进一步研究以推动其完善和推广。As a sterilization technology characterized by high-efficiency, low cost, easy operation and environment-friendly, electrochemical disinfection has gained much progress in recent years, however, its bactericidal mechanism is still unsettled. A number of theories have been proposed to explain the main bactericidal mechanisms of electrochemical reaction, including: destruction caused by electric field, electro-chlorination and generation of energy rich but short-lived intermediate free radcials. Besides, many research focus on the affecting factors of electrochemical disinfection. Except for the electrode materials and form of electrochemical reactor, the operation conditions such as current density, pH value and electrolyte composition are also unnegligible. As the electrochemical disinfection technology has many disadvantages such as low current efficiency, cathode fouling and difficult to control disinfectant concentration, further study is still needed to make it perfect and popular.
