摘 要:采用光引发聚合方式合成阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM),通过对合成的不同相对分子质量的产品进行煤泥水沉降试验,并对相对分子质量为800万的合成物与化学引发法合成的商品HPAM以及非离子型PAM进行了煤泥水沉降对比试验,结果表明该产品在选煤厂煤泥水处理中应用效果良好,在相同条件下絮凝效果超过了化学引发合成的商品阴离子型HPAM和非离子型PAM,该产品对细粒度难沉降的煤泥水絮凝效果好。ight-initiated polymerization method was used to synthesize anionic polyacrylamide (HPAM), through the coal slurry settlement tests on the products with different molecular weight and the comparison test of those compounds with molecular weight of 8 million with product HPAM initiated by chemical method and non-ionic PAM according to the coal slurry settlement, it was found that, the said product HPAM performed well in coal slurry treatment, under the same condition, the flocculation effect of the said HPAM was better than the product anionic HPAM initiated by chemical method and non-ionic PAM, especially for the fine-grained coal slurry.
