摘  要:以天然铝土矿物为原料,经高温煅烧活化制备高效除氟吸附剂。XRD图谱显示,该除氟剂主要成分为水铝石脱水生成的氧化铝。采用响应曲面法,对煅烧温度和煅烧时间与除氟剂吸附容量的关系曲线进行二次多项式拟合,结果表明煅烧温度对除氟剂吸附氟离子容量的影响程度高于煅烧时间,而两者的交互作用并不明显。在煅烧温度为840.8℃,煅烧时间为316.2min的最优制备条件下,其吸附容量约达1.7mg/g,是一种高效低廉的除氟吸附剂。Adsorbent for fluoride removal was prepared from natural bauxite by thermal calcination and activation. The results of XRD indicated that, the main composition of this adsorbent was alumina resulted from the dehydration of gibbsite. With response surface methodology (RSM) method, a quadratic-multinomial fitting was applied to optimize the relationship between calcination temperature and time. It was indicated that the influence of calcination temperature on adsorption capacity of the adsorbent was more notable than that of calcination time, however, the interaction effects of these two parameters were not obvious. Under the optimal condition that the temperature and the time for the calcination were 840.8 ℃ and 316.2 min respectively, the capacity of the adsorbent reached about 1.7 mg/g, which showed that it was an adsorbent for fluoride removal with high efficiency and low cost.
