摘  要:小麦作为我国的主要粮食作物,对其进行基因工程改良已成为研究的热点。其转基因遗传改良受到科学家们的广泛关注。自1992年第1例转基因小麦问世以来,小麦转基因研究进展迅速。本文主要对转基因技术在我国小麦遗传改良(如改善品质、提高抗病虫性、抗除草剂、抗旱耐盐碱以及抗穗发芽能力等)方面的研究进展进行了概述。Wheat is one of the most important cereal crops in the China, and genetic improvement of wheat with transgenic technology has drawn concern of many scientists. The progress in studies of the transgenic wheat (Triticum aestivtivum L.) is fast since the first transgenic wheat plant appeared in 1992. In this paper recent progress for application of transgenic technology to genetic improvement of wheat in china were summarized from several aspects, such as quality of wheat, resistance to diseases, insects, herbicides and adverse conditions, etc.
